Gov. Abbott addresses controversial comments regarding shooting migrants

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is taking criticism for comments made in a radio appearance last week, when he told an interviewer that state agents are not shooting migrants who come across the border because the Biden Administration would charge them with murder. Abbott addressed those remarks the end of a news conference Friday morning about incoming winter storms.
