When Nell Anne Hunt moved to Irving she started putting out a couple hundred flags near her home. Now thirty-two years later she's up to forty thousand flags throughout the city. Photojournalist Mike Kinney introduces us to the woman behind what's now known as "The Great Flag Caper."
