Frisco residents to vote on $160 million arts center

Funding would come from two separate measures, Propositions A and B. Proposition A would authorize the city to use money from its Economic Development Corporation, made of sales tax to cover the costs of bonds. Proposition B would allow up to $160 million in debt to build the facility.
