Fort Worth PD says advanced winter prep has helped with hazardous conditions

Fort Worth PD Spokesperson Officer Buddy Calzada says the department has responded to several stranded motorists and advises drivers to take it slow as roads begin to clear across the city. But he credits the city's preparation ahead of the storm that has created less incidents.
