Fort Worth man accused of smuggling undocumented immigrants

A Fort Worth man is facing serious charges after Texas DPS troopers say he attempted to smuggle three undocumented immigrants near Eagle Pass in Maverick County. One of the individuals was a previously deported, convicted child sex offender from Mexico.
