Former Tarrant County jailer "heart-broken" over Anthony Johnson Jr.'s death, lawyer says

"The allegations contained in the lawsuit filed by Mr. Johnson’s parents are inconsistent with the allegations in the criminal indictment accusing Joel of intentional and knowing murder," an attorney for Joel Garcia said in a statement.
