Flood victims urge Texas to provide more aid

At a rally this weekend, volunteers and survivors of last month's deadly floods called on Texas to do more for families still trying to rebuild. They want the state to establish what they call a Texas Forever Fund, $ 500 million ready to go towards natural disaster recovery.
