Flood response in the Texas Hill country turns to clean up and rebuilding
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott says crews in the Hill Country have transitioned their flood response from rescue to cleanup and rebuilding. The governor acknowledged that the area isn't out of the woods for potentially more flood damage. North Texas group, Texans on Mission, is en route and has been serving the Kerrville area continuously since last year's flood.
