Van Zandt County mourns victims of two deadly tragedies
A Van Zandt County sheriff's deputy was killed and a Canton police officer severely injured in a shootout that authorities say involved more than 800 rounds fired by the suspect. The community is also mourning a mother and her four children who died in a house fire earlier this week.
