Flash floods kill at least 24 in Texas Hill Country; three missing campers from North Texas

At least 24 people are dead and 23 remain missing after catastrophic flash floods swept through the Texas Hill Country on Independence Day — including at least three girls from North Texas who were attending Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp near the Guadalupe River.
