Downtown Dallas poised for redevelopment and growth

Michael Blackwell, a downtown housing developer and city councilman Chad West say downtown’s new convention center, the campaign to build a new sports arena, and keep AT&T’s headquarters downtown all can sustain economic stability in the city center, but living here will become a bigger factor.
