Deadly shooting in Denton Square leaves businesses shaken

A deadly shooting in Denton’s Downtown Square has left local businesses shaken. Around 12:10 p.m. Saturday, police say a disturbance between a male patron and a man experiencing homelessness escalated, resulting in the patron shooting the man. The victim later died.
