Dallas Police Department launches "Constitutional Policing" initiative

The new Constitutional Policing Unit was recently launched within the Dallas police force. The unit will bring changes like body cameras on every officer, more training and a greater misconduct investigation plans—all to bring more accountability and transparency to policing and protecting people's constitutional rights. The hope is that the vision for this unit becomes a blueprint for the rest of the nation.
