Dallas Morning News shareholders approve merger with Hearst
The Dallas Morning News will soon become part of the Hearst Corporation, following a shareholder vote held earlier today. The merger, announced by DallasNews Corporation — the holding company for the newspaper and marketing agency Medium Giant — was approved at a special meeting on Sept. 23.
