Dallas mayor touts Texas Stock Exchange, predicts "Y’all Street" rise

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson delivered his State of the City address from the soon-to-launch Texas Stock Exchange, saying Dallas now ranks second in U.S. finance and predicting “Y’all Street” could one day surpass Wall Street.
