Dallas man arrested after missing 12‑year‑old found with him at Galveston hotel, police say

A Dallas man was arrested after police say he was found at a Galveston hotel with a missing 12‑year‑old girl who told investigators he forced her into his car, gave her pills and sexually assaulted her, acts police say he recorded on his phone. He is charged with aggravated kidnapping, and more charges are expected.
