Dallas lab pushes boundaries of science to bring back extinct species

Dallas-based biotech firm Colossal is working to revive extinct species, including the woolly mammoth and dire wolf, through genetic engineering. Scientists say the goal is ecological restoration, not playing God, as nearly one million species face extinction due to human activity.
