Dallas Council Member Cara Mendelsohn calls Props A and B "no-brainers."
In Dallas, residents will vote on a $1.25 billion bond made of ten ballot propositions. Mendelsohn said while the issue is important, she opposes Prop C because she believes there are better ways to fund flood control than through a Dallas city bond.
