Dallas city leaders to discuss proposed library closures

Several Dallas neighborhood libraries are on the chopping block, including branches in Oak Lawn, Arcadia Park and Skyline. A plan has proposed to close the libraries for a new regional model, with a few larger branches remaining open and extending hours and services.
