Dallas Bishop Edward J. Burns reflects on the legacy of Pope Francis

Dallas bishop Edward J. Burns, who succeeded Cardinal Kevin Farrell, said he was deeply moved to see Pope Francis for the last time on Easter Sunday, "that even in his final day, he chose to be among God's people."
