Cruz on Congress reimbursement for Texas border spending, "I'm fighting very hard for it to happen"

Texas Senator Ted Cruz says the $11 billion reimbursement from Congress that Governor Abbott has requested is still part of the conversation. Cruz told Jack Fink, "I believe it's going to happen. I'm fighting very hard for it to happen. The Texas delegation, we are united and fighting for it to happen."
