Crisp apple sorbet and the Shef Food & Wine Festival
Dallas-based celebrity Chef Tiffany Derry, of Top Chef fame, held her second annual Shef Food and Wine Festival in Grand Prairie over the weekend. The three-day event welcomed notable chefs, distillers and wine makers from across the globe. Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph, executive pastry chef and partner with the Hospitality Group, stopped by the studio to talk about his dessert – crisp apple sorbet, and the festival.
