Court hearing set in fight over Texas redistricting maps; is the THC ban dead at the state Capitol?
U.S. Rep. Marc Veasey, a Democrat from Fort Worth, predicts the Texas primary set for March 3 may have to be postponed because of the legal challenge filed against the state's newly approved congressional maps. Some Texas lawmakers have told CBS News Texas a bill that passed in the Senate to ban THC products and two other bills are either up in the air, stalled, or even dead.
