Cooler weather in store for North Texas with chance of severe storms

The severe weather threat returns Tuesday night with most of North Texas under a level 1, marginal risk of storms. An isolated tornado can't be ruled out for counties to the northeast, where there is a level 2, slight risk of severe storms.
