Child dropped off alone in emergency room

The search is on to find a little girl's family. Investigators say she was dropped off alone in an emergency room in Dallas on Monday. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services released a photo of the smiling child identified as Alejandra, who is believed to be six years old.
