Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice surrenders to police after multi-car crash in Dallas

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice turned himself in to Glen Heights Police Thursday evening. He is being processed at the Tri City Jail in DeSoto.
