Canadian father accused in death of his 9-year-old daughter in New York
What started as an Amber Alert in New York’s Adirondacks is now a murder investigation. On Saturday night, 9-year-old Melina Frattolin’s father called 911 to report her missing. But officers noticed inconsistencies with Luciano Frattolin’s story, including saying he saw his daughter forced into a white van.
