Authorities identify detainee killed in Dallas ICE sniper attack

Authorities have identified the ICE detainee killed in the Dallas sniper attack. Two other detainees remain in critical condition. The shooter, 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, died by suicide after the attack. Officials believe Jahn was targeting ICE agents, not detainees.
