Arrested man named person of interest in 11-year-old's disappearance

42-year-old Don Steven McDougal was arrested Friday night on an unrelated charge of aggravated assault and he's now being named as a person of interest in an 11-year-old's disappearance after witnesses tied his SUV to the case.
