Arrest made after breakthrough in Dallas sexual assault case

Dallas police have made a significant breakthrough in a sexual assault investigation with the arrest of a 32-year-old man. He is accused of breaking into an apartment in Northeast Dallas late last month and sexually assaulting a woman while she was asleep.
