AG Ken Paxton ordered to sit for deposition in whistleblower case
Attorney General Ken Paxton has been ordered to sit for a deposition in the whistleblower lawsuit. The whistleblowers triggered a federal abuse of office investigation into Paxton, but he and his office say he didn't do anything to break the law.
