AG Ken Paxton appeals $6.7 million whistleblower settlement

Last month, a judge ordered Paxton to pay $6.7 million. The four plaintiffs in the case were some of Paxton's top former lieutenants whom he fired after they reported potential wrongdoing in 2023.
