Abbott faces lawsuit over using buoys along Rio Grande to mitigate border crossings

A new floating barrier began rolling out in the Rio Grande Friday as part of Governor Greg Abbott's effort to secure the U.S. border with Mexico, and he's already facing a lawsuit he's sure will end up in the United States Supreme Court.
