Aaron Dean appealing conviction in Atatiana Jefferson's death

An appellate court will decide if former Fort Worth police officer Aaron Dean will get a new trial. He's currently in prison. He's appealing a manslaughter conviction that he received last year for shooting and killing Atatiana Jefferson inside her home four years ago.
