A storm spotter remembers the lives lost, 10 years after an EF-4 tornado hit a North Texas city

Ten years ago, on Dec. 26, the city of Rowlett was hit by a deadly EF-4 tornado that killed 13 people. Storm spotter Laszlo Laky saw the storm from the beginning and recounts the events of that day.
