Younger Crowd Breathes Life Into Garland Road Area
DALLAS (KRLD) -- There is a change in some of the older-established neighborhoods in East Dallas, as some long-time residents are either moving out or moving up.
They are being replaced by a younger crowd, breathing new life into the areas.
KRLD's L.P. Phillips finds no place bears this out like the area around Garland Road.
