Teenager Luis Aranda is one lucky kicker.

The Rebels at Midland Lee High School were playing El Dorado High School from El Paso last week, and they won 35-16.  But it almost was 34-16 because one of Aranda's extra-point attempts was a line drive -- exactly six feet off the ground.

We know that because it deflected off the referee's head and then through the uprights.

The ref was standing in the end zone at the time, looking down at his stopwatch so he didn't see it coming.
