Victims In Royce City Triple Fatal Crash ID'd

ROYCE CITY (CBSDFW.COM) - The three victims in the triple fatal crash in Royce City involving two 18 wheelers, have been identified.
It happened along eastbound I-30 near the 78 mile marker. Captain Greg Welch with the Rockwall County sheriff's office said two 18 wheelers and a passenger vehicle were involved.
"One of the 18 wheelers was traveling westbound I-30 and for some unknown reason crossed over," said Capt. Welch.
The drivers of the 18 wheelers were identified as 38-year-old Guadalupe Garza Jr. of Lyford, Texas and 53-year-old Victor Bovkoun of Ontario, Canada.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was Kevin Battise, 56, of Mesquite.
It's not clear what may have played a factor in the accident.
