GARLAND (AP) - An argument at a Dallas-area home has led to a man and his nephew slain and police searching for the suspected shooter.

Garland Officer Mike Hatfield says both victims were declared dead Friday at hospitals.

Hatfield identified them as 48-year-old Billy Ray White and 24-year-old Silas Dawayne White. Hatfield says the person being sought knew the victims. Several witnesses were being interviewed.

Hatfield told The Associated Press that the shootings happened at a house where the younger victim lived.

Police are trying to determine what led to the deadly argument.
