Mommy and me yoga is taking on a whole new meaning thanks to some adorable pictures making the rounds on Instagram.
36-year-old Laura Kasperzak has found a way to combine all her passions -- photography, yoga and her two kids.
he incorporates her son and daughter into her yoga poses, then sets up the camera to capture these very cute mommy and me selfies.
Pictures are quite popular online -- she has more than 700 thousand Instagram followers.

But when as many as 10 teams showed interest in the running back, the Saints changed the game plan -- and apparently it was all news to the player himself.
Darren Sproles replied "WOW" when he retweeted a tweet from ESPNNFL that read, "This just in: saints now plan to trade RB Darren Sproles due to heavy interest. He will not be released."
Then Sproles tweeted "The stuff u find out on twitter"
Sproles has said he would rather be cut than traded -- that way he would chose where he ends up.

Andrew Wilcox lost three basketball games to his brother -- and this was his punishment.
He had to dance for 30 minutes at one of the busiest intersections in Provo, Utah.
Andrew's brother picked the music -- everything from "Call Me Maybe" to "Teach Me How To Dougie."
It was so much fun, total strangers joined the dance party.
Wilcox may have lost his self-respect -- but he gained a date.
