HAPPY BIRTHDAY COLIN
A little boy who thinks he doesn't have any friends is about to find out he has more than a million.
A Michigan boy is about to celebrate his 11th birthday -- but when his mom asked if he wanted a party, he said no because he didn't have any friends to invite.
His mom set up this Facebook page called "Happy Birthday Colin" -- where she writes "because of Colin's disabilities, social skills are not easy for him, and he often acts out in school, and the other kids don't like him."
She goes on to say "I thought, if I could create a page where people could send him positive thoughts and encouraging words, that would be better than any birthday party."
The response has been amazing -- more than a million people have liked the page --thousands have left positive messages and hundreds have sent Colin birthday cards.
His mom is trying to keep this a secret until Colin's birthday on March 9th.
A gutsy move by a Washington teenager -- plus the generosity of others -- has changed his life.
GUTSY 49ERS FAN
15-year-old Ronnie Andrews is a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan -- and boldly attended the Seattle Seahawks super bowl parade decked out head to toe in 49ers gear.
The two teams are bitter rivals -- so his loyalty got a lot of attention -- and a 49ers fan club offered him a free ticket to next year's game between the two teams.
As the club learned more about Ronnie, they discovered the teen
was homeless and moving from shelter to shelter.
The 49ers fan club set up a go fund me page to raise money for Ronnie -- and as of this morning, 35 thousand dollars has been donated for his college fund.
Also, five foster families have come forward volunteering to take him in.
