There are some rain chances this week for North Texas. Here's the update!
Rain chances return to the area starting tomorrow night as a weak cold front slides close to the Red River. I did say cold front! But don't get too excited. It won't make a difference in our temperatures. But what it will do is bring some rain chances to the area tomorrow night thru Friday.
At 3pm on Monday, the front is draped across the Central Plains where severe weather has been ongoing across Iowa and Illinois.
The front will approach the Red River tomorrow evening and could produce a few isolated storms along the Red River tomorrow evening.
Here's a look at rain chances the next several days.

FOURTH OF JULY FORECAST
There will be small rain chances on the 4th of July. It looks like the favored area for any rain would be the eastern half of North Texas. But coverage should be low so most of us will enjoy a dry 4th of July.
