The Threshold Singers

At the first Unitarian Church in Dallas, there is another choir other than the one you will hear on Sunday. They are called The DFW Threshold Choir and they sing to those in need of some spiritual comfort.
"Threshold Choir are acapella singers who visit people in hospice who are at the threshold of passing from this world to whatever comes next" said organizer and choir member Laura Weinbrom.
They have expanded their role and even changed the name of the choir to the "By Your Side Singers" to encompass all that they do.
"We will also go visit people who are shut-ins or they've been in an accident" said By Your Side Singers Music Director Mary Lee Kilgore.
