AUSTIN - Many Texans love the aroma barbeque gives off, but one Texas community says they're just sick and tired of smelling the smoke.

A group of 15 Austin residents have filed a suit against Texas barbeque company Terry Black's because of the excessive wood smoke that fills the air.

Residents say they can even smell the smoke inside their homes and it's affecting their health.

"We got a neighbor that six months ago had never really had any respiratory problems, but he does now. My son has greater respiratory problems now than he did 18 months ago," said attorney Guy Watts.

Residents and the management of Terry Black's have tried to resolve the issue in the past, but now they will let the courts decide."
