Teacher Fired; Charged With Having Sex With Student

A 34-year-old Dallas private school teacher has been fired and is now charged with having sex with a student less than half his age.
The former teacher the Episcopal School of Dallas has already been sued by the girls parents who say he perpetrated "sexual predatory acts." Dallas police report there's evidence proving an intimate relationship between John Campbell and the 16-year-old girl who was his student in 2009. Her parents have now removed the girl from the North Dallas school. They say the school did little to screen the teenager from a man they consider a predator. But a spokeswoman says administrators took action immediately, firing Campbell within 48 hours after leraning of the relationship.
