DENTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Denton Police have arrested a man after Tuesday night's drive-by shooting in the parking lot of Evers Park Elementary School.

Police said Trestin Clyde Durante, 21, was taken into custody at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday without incident.

The victim, Keeton Flemings, 20 is in good condition.

Police said it happened shortly before 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and the motive is still unknown.

Police said Flemings was in the parking lot when a white vehicle drove by and someone inside shot at the victim several times, hitting him in the lower part of his body.
