Sunny Weather the New Norm
The warm, sunny weather that arrived yesterday continues across the weekend and into Monday. Expect lots of sunshine, not much wind and highs in the low to mid-80's. These are temperatures a good 10-15 degrees above normal.
There is no rain in the forecast until Thursday and Friday when a mere 20% chance shows up. But we've already surpassed our monthly norm in regards to rain; DFW is sitting at 5.74" of rain so far this month, more than 2" above the typical March rain. Many area lakes are now showing levels ABOVE pool. It was a winter of bountiful rain.
