Storm Damage Reported Tonight

Reports in Montague Co. just north of Bowie of storm damage. A roof was blown off a house and a trailer rolled across the road just north of the city, at Hwy 81 and Polk Rd. Windows were blown out in several homes on Indian Hills Rd. as well as several trees knocked down. Tree limbs in the 6"-8" range down in the city of Montague. Power was reported out in the area around Bowie and Montague as well. When the cell that caused this moved into eastern Montague to started to weaken and the warning was dropped.

A strong cell is moving toward Stephens county from the west. It might hold together a little longer and bring some strong storms into Breckenridge. Several storms are strung out behind it; they could end up bringing some rain into Parker and Tarrant counties overnight.

We are expecting a bigger outbreak of severe weather tomorrow afternoon and evening. The northwest corner will again be the favored area, between I-20 west of of Weatherford and up to the state line around Gainesville.
