6 people shot, wounded in Dallas overnight, police say
Dallas Police said a shooting that unfolded in the early hours of Sunday morning left six people injured.
The department said it happened around 3 a.m. along the 1400 block of South Barry Avenue in the eastern part of the city. Officers said three people were taken to a nearby hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue, while the remaining three self-transported.
Police said none of the injuries were life-threatening. The investigation remains ongoing.
