FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth Police say someone shot a tow truck driver around 11:00 p.m. Saturday and the tow truck driver returned fire, shooting a woman.

It happened outside a closed business in the 1300 block of East Rosedale.

Police say the tow truck driver was towing cars parked on private property when a man with a woman who owned one the vehicles began shooting at him.

Police say they have a person of interest who they arrested for other warrants.

Both shooting victims are expected to survive.

The investigation continues.
